Program Objective
The objective of our Program is to establish a solid foundation for the GTradX brand through collaboration with trusted and committed Members—companies that wish to actively co-create the platform’s development direction and achieve business benefits within a credible and secure space for their trade transactions.
Target Audience
The Program is intended for twenty (20) verified Members—both Buyers and Sellers—operating in B2B (Business-to-Business) relations within the sectors dedicated to the Platform, namely: raw materials, fertilizers, chemicals, packaging, and other industries supporting industrial production.
Validity Period
The Program commences on January 1, 2026, at 00:00 and runs until December 31, 2026, at 23:59. A User who joins the Program during this period (i.e., between 01.01.2026 and 31.12.2026) acquires the right to use the discount for 12 consecutive calendar months, starting from the date of successful entry into the Program (i.e., upon payment).
Participation Conditions
Participation in the Program is possible via two methods:
1. By invitation (invite-only) sent by GTradX to a selected Partner, or
2. Via application submitted by an interested entity, which is subject to the internal GTradX verification process.
Regardless of the recruitment path, admission to the Program is strictly contingent upon positive verification conducted by GTradX and the maintenance of „Active Entrepreneur” status.
Active Entrepreneur Status – a Partner who maintains a minimum level of activity on the Platform. Activity verification is conducted periodically every 3 (three) months, starting from the date of entry into the Program. In each settlement period, the Partner must meet one of the following conditions:
• Publish at least 3 (three) active trade offers or Requests for Quotation (RFQ);
• Publish at least 1 (one) trade offer or Request for Quotation (RFQ) with a minimum total volume of 10,000 (ten thousand) tons.
Every admission to the Program requires GTradX approval and is confirmed via the provided email address.
Member Benefits
As a Member of the Partnership Program, you gain access to the following subscription plans:
– For the Seller: Access to the Unlimited Plan with a 95% commercial discount off the regular annual price (final price: EUR 74.50 net).
– For the Buyer: Access to the Pro Plan with a 95% commercial discount off the regular annual price (final price: EUR 19.95 net).
The right to use the discount applies for 12 consecutive calendar months from the date of payment.
During this period, we provide:
– The ability to publish an unlimited number of sales offers or RFQs.
– Full access to all GTradX functionalities, including: Marketplace, Deal Room, Stockpile, and the Library of Legal Acts.
– Expert Support: A dedicated communication channel with GTradX experts for assistance at every stage of collaboration.
– 24/7 Reach: Our platform works for you around the clock, increasing the visibility of your offers/RFQs and providing an additional sales or procurement channel, regardless of your team’s working hours.
Compliance and Verification – Compliance Policy, credibility, and business reliability are central to GTradX. Therefore, we provide a three-tier verification process for Sellers and a one-tier process for Buyers. This verification covers not only company data but also the specific employees authorized to act on the company’s behalf. Verification is valid for 12 months.
Seller Status Tiers (Upon successful verification):
• Blue Badge / L1: Verified business entity.
• Silver Badge / L2: Verified natural person representing the Seller, including their legal authorization to present binding commercial offers (and pricing) and conduct commercial correspondence with the Buyer.
• Gold Badge / L3: Certified, trusted Seller.
Buyer Status: A positive verification result for a Buyer results in the VERIFIED BUYER status and a Silver Badge visible on the User’s profile.
Founding Member Status – Our Partners are awarded the prestigious „Founding Member” badge. This signifies their verified status, ensuring potential counterparties that they are negotiating with a real and reliable business partner.
Post-Program Terms
Upon the conclusion of the Program, standard subscription rates as defined in the GTradX Terms and Conditions shall apply. Continued use of the account will require the selection of an appropriate subscription plan.
