On Tuesday, France’s Air Liquide—a major supplier of industrial and medical gases like hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen to factories and healthcare facilities—announced its Q1 financial results. The company’s revenue fell just short of market forecasts. Excluding energy cost fluctuations and negative currency exchange impacts, sales reached €6.79 billion ($7.95 billion). This figure slightly missed the €6.83 billion average estimate predicted by Vara Research analysts.
