Our goal was to centralize the entire communication history, including negotiations, in one place. This prevents issues like accidental deletion of messages from email inboxes or mobile devices, while keeping the negotiation process highly organized. Our tool eliminates the need to switch between different systems—such as your email inbox and a procurement platform—to communicate with a business partner.
Furthermore, given the ability to grant specific permissions to subordinate employees for designated actions on the platform, selected team members can access Deal Room resources to stay fully up-to-date with the current sales or purchasing status. The Deal Room also preserves the entire negotiation history, allowing you to review it at any time.
DEAL SUMMARIES
Once commercial negotiations are concluded, you can generate a structured summary of all agreements made during the Deal Room negotiations within a single document.
You can store it digitally on the GTradX platform or keep a hard copy in your company’s archives. The Deal Summary serves as a foundation for finalizing a commercial contract with the client outside the GTradX platform. This ensures that all final agreements remain secure and fully protected by all trade secret protocols.
LEGAL LIBRARY
A collection of commercial contract templates, NDAs, and purchase orders available in two language versions (Polish and English), ready to be utilized in your purchasing and/or sales processes.
The agreements available in our library can be immediately attached to the offers or RFQs you publish on the GTradX platform, giving potential clients an immediate preview of the commercial terms.
You can also freely modify the attached templates to align with your company’s internal policies. In either case, you significantly save the time and money usually spent on drafting contracts from scratch.
Additionally, our library includes key legal regulations governing international trade, including INCOTERMS rules.
