IV. DELIVERY
• Port of destination: European Ports.

V. INSPECTION
• Inspection authority: SGS.
• Inspection, customs clearance and required documentation at the relevant port.

VI. PAYMENT TERMS AND CARGO INSURANCE
• Primary Payment Term: 100% Irrevocable DLC (MT700).
• Sea Freight Payment: Advance payment under a separate freight contract.
• Cargo Insurance: Insured up to the destination European Port.

VII. ORDER PROCEDURE

Mandatory Buyer Requirements for Contract Execution:
• LOI (Letter of Intent): Official Letter of Intent addressed to the Seller.
• CIS / Company Profile: Complete Client Information Sheet including corporate and banking details.
• Proof of Funds / Bank Statement: Official bank confirmation or statement demonstrating sufficient funds for the required initial shipment.
• Annual Contract Obligation: Agreement to execute an official annual supply contract.
