We’ve completely redesigned how you manage your active trades. The new My Listings section in the More menu offers role-aware tabs tailored perfectly to your account type (Offers for Vendors, RFQs for Buyers).
- Live Status Indicators: Instantly see which of your listings are active with our new „green pulse” live indicator.
- Deep Operational Analytics: Tap into the Details sheet for crucial business metadata. Track your Listing ID, publication dates, real-time views, and the number of active deals tied to your listings without opening your laptop.
- Quick Actions: Manage your listings with precision. Vendors can seamlessly edit, re-submit, or archive Offers. For Buyers, you can manually close your active RFQs (in accordance with our strict policy, RFQs cannot be edited once published). You can also access these management actions directly from the Marketplace feed if you are the owner.

- Dynamic Filtering & Favorites: Keep your top prospects close with the new Favorites toggle. We’ve also streamlined the search feed with dynamic category filters that only display what’s currently active in the market.
- Alt-Incoterm Pricing Compare: Evaluate deals effortlessly. Single Offer and RFQ views now feature alternative incoterm teasers and computed pricing comparisons. Make informed decisions instantly, with all the math done for you.
- Unified Counterparty Profiles: In a high-risk environment, trust is paramount. We’ve enlarged the counterparty identity blocks, rendering company logos and clear trust/verification badges (including the Founder crown) so you know exactly who is on the other side of the trade.
3. Precision in Offer & RFQ Creation
Creating a listing on the go now matches the power and flexibility of our desktop platform.
- Advanced Wizard Logic: The updated creation flow includes AI Broker hints and multi-price models (absolute, percentage, or amount adjustments) to give you maximum pricing flexibility.
- Transparent Quota Management: Your Profile now features visual slot meters. Whether your account is on the Vendor Basic, Vendor Pro, Vendor Unlimited, Buyer Free, or Buyer Pro plan, you will always have real-time visibility into your exact usage limits and remaining slots.
4. Seamless Team Context & Compliance Tracking
- Delegated Team Accounts: Business is a team sport. Your profile now accurately reflects owner and member contexts, displaying the real actor names for delegated team users. You always know exactly who is executing the trade.
- Verification Timeline: Track your compliance status effortlessly. The Profile section now displays your precise verification level (L1/L2/L3/Verified Buyer) alongside clear validity dates.

- Ubiquitous Notifications: We’ve expanded the notification bell across the Home, Deal Room, and My Listings screens, ensuring you never miss a critical negotiation message.
- GTradX Pulse Access: Stay connected to the latest market insights with a direct entry point to GTradX Pulse right from the More menu.
